Sandy Lawson (Co-founder and Principal) is an expert in the operational delivery of healthcare, healthcare regulations and reimbursement.
In over thirty years as both provider and consultant, Sandy has acquired broad experience applicable from “bedside to boardroom.” As a provider, she developed and led the quality management department for a two-billion-dollar post-acute-care company, leveraging data to improve clinical programs and financial outcomes. As a consultant, she has helped providers select and implement better technology tools; software companies create new technologies that incorporated regulatory mandates and improved clinical and financial performance; and clinical and IT professionals develop and execute data marts and implement data visualization tools that supported better care design and delivery.
